| Article 1 General conditions
1.In this conditions, Defcross bvba, will be indicated Defcross bvba and his contract partner buyer. In case of delivery we understand that Defcross bvba is taker of the command and the buyer is giving the command.
2.This general conditions are practised on all the offers and conventions of Defcross bvba. This conditions are open for everybody on the internetsite of Defcross bvba. On demand we send you a written copy.
3. Once a buyer has made a contract according to the general conditions with Defcross bvba, he is supposed to have a silent agreement with the general conditions after having given his commands verbal, written or by email.
4. Unless a written agreement, the general conditions or specifications of a thirth are not recognised by Defcross bvba.
5. The buyer is not a sales manager or distributor of Defcross bvba unless he is indicated as such by a written agreement.
6. You cannot deviate from this conditions unless a written agreement.
7. Defcross bvba takes responsibility that the delivered products reply to the convention and satisfy the specifications mentioned in the offer. All products can deviate from indicated pictures. Article 21 Responsibility Defcross bvba is not responsible for the damage created by a bad employment of his products. |
